Shipping Policy
La Garrocha® sends orders to its customers through Correos Express, MRW, Nacex os GLS, express transport companies of recognized national and international prestige. The shipping service is urgent. The delivery date to the user's home depends on the availability of the chosen product and the shipping area. The normal delivery time for orders with delivery in the Peninsula is as follows:
These delivery times are likely to be extended by 24/48 more business hours. La Garrocha® is not responsible for eventual delays in delivery times due to the transport company, due to the non-appearance of the recipient or due to errors in the postal delivery data; and in the event that they occur, it will communicate the incident to the transport company and will cooperate with it as soon as possible to facilitate and expedite the delivery of orders.
The delivery is considered completed from the moment the product is made available to the customer by the carrier and the recipient signs the delivery receipt. It is the responsibility of the recipient to verify the products upon receipt of them and expose all the exceptions and claims that may be justified.
La Garrocha® offers two shipping rates for the Peninsula (including Portugal); in both cases the shipping costs are free:
The conditions of both rates only apply for the first change of size or return; In the event that more size changes or returns are necessary for the same order, the shipping and collection costs will be borne by the customer.
The shipping fee to the Balearic Islands is € 8.95, free for orders over € 100.
The shipping fee to the Azores and Madeira Islands is € 23.90, free for orders over € 180.
The international shipping rate is as follows depending on the destination country:
In the case of shipments to the Balearic Islands, the Azores Islands and Madeira; and EU1 and EU2 countries, in case of eventual changes in size or returns, the shipping costs of the item to our warehouse; as well as the shipment of the new size from our warehouse to the customer's address, will be the responsibility of the customer.
For orders with a delivery address outside the Peninsula, please contact our customer service through the email atencionalcliente@lagarrocha.es. It is important that you provide us with an address where there is always someone to receive your order (it is better that the delivery address is in the establishment where you usually spend most of the day such as your work or local, since delivery times are the same as normal office hours).
La Garrocha® also offers the possibility of receiving the order on Saturday (service available only for the Peninsula, including Portugal):
