La Garrocha® enforces a strict returns & exchanges policy. Any customer may return an unused item within 15 days of delivery contacting info@lagarrocha.es. However, our conditions may change depending on your location.
If you are NOT from Spain or Portugal, please note that, because of the high cost of shipping, all shipping costs involved with the return or exchange of the order will have to be paid by the customer. In the case that the customer wants to exchange his article for a different size or model, he will be responsible of the shipping costs for returning the product, but not for the shipping costs of sending the new article.
Our returns policy can be applied only if:
La Garrocha reserves the right to reject returns & exhanges if the products are considered to be damaged. Our highest responsibility is to return an article if there’s a manufacturing error.

Product availability
Despite the rapid updating of the website, it is possible that a certain product may not be available. In this case we will contact you to decide on an alternative product or reduce the order.
In this case, the exchange will be offered for the same item in a different color or size, or for another of the same amount. In case of exchange for another item of greater value, the customer must pay the remaining part. In case of exchange for another item of lesser amount, the difference will be refunded by the same means in which the payment was made. In the event that the customer does not accept the change, the amount of the item will be refunded by the same means in which the payment was made.
Formas de pago
Tarjeta de crédito: utilizando la pasarela de pago de La Caixa, la cual acepta pagos con las tarjetas de crédito más usuales del mercado (Visa, Master Card, etc...)
Por transferencia: ingresando el importe de su pedido directamente en la cuenta bancaria que le aparece al final del proceso de compra.
PayPal: en caso de pago a través de PayPal, el importe del pedido se verá incrementado en un 4%.
Contra reembolso: en caso de pago contrareembolso, el importe del pedido se verá incrementado en un 3%, con un mínimo de 2,42€ + I.V.A.
Returns
The user may return any item they have purchased by contacting info@lagarrocha.com.es as long as it is for the following reasons:
1. Right of revocation.
2. Art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on Retail Trade Management, gives the Client the right to revoke the requested order within a period of 30 days from receipt of the same, prior communication to the Administrator within that period, with a refund of the price paid for it.
3. You may return the purchased item as long as the product retains its labels and is in the same condition as when it was received. Returns will not be accepted if the product is not sent in perfect condition, with a smell of tobacco, perfume or signs of having been washed.
4. The order must be returned in its entirety, with all the accessories and original packaging, since otherwise the item could suffer a depreciation. The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. The customer must meet the direct costs of return.
5. In accordance with the law, returns of objects that have been used more than to verify the product/size will not be accepted, with the exception of manufacturing faults.
6. If the product is defective, in the following seven days the customer can choose to replace the product.
7. Return for defects produced in transport or shipping error: if at the time of delivery it is visible and clear, without the need to manipulate the shipping packaging or the product itself, that a product has defects caused by due to transport damage or an error in the merchandise received is observed, in the same way, the client must indicate it on the delivery note, and notify La Garrocha® by email to the address info@lagarrocha.es or on the phone 957 700 181, within 24 hours of receipt of the order to be able to request the return of the product or products affected and with it the replacement with a new one or the refund of the price paid for it.
Defects produced in transport that are only appreciable after having unpacked the product must be communicated within the first 24 hours from receipt of the order in the manner indicated above, indicating the order number, the damage caused to the product and urging the return of the affected product and with it the substitution for a new one or the reimbursement of the price paid for it. La Garrocha® will examine it and notify you if you have the right to have it replaced. The return of those products that are not in the same conditions in which you received them, or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product, will not proceed. The item will be returned or replaced as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days from the date on which we send you an email confirming that the non-conforming item is returned or replaced.
In these cases, La Garrocha® will return the money for the purchase, within 30 days from the receipt of the user's communication requesting the return. This will be made in the same means of payment that was used to pay for the purchase, or by bank transfer to the account indicated by the user.
Returns for defects or factory defects
In the event of a factory defect, you can return the purchased item as long as it has not been used and it keeps its original packaging. Returns will not be accepted if the product is not sent, with its original packaging and unused.

Refunds for size change
In the event of a return due to a size change, the customer must contact our customer service by email at info@lagarrocha.es or by phone 957 700 181, within 15 days of receipt of the item. article. Once the product has been received, La Garrocha® will examine it and proceed to send the requested size at no additional cost. Communications from La Garrocha® to the user will be made according to the data provided by the latter when registering on the web. The applicable regulations require that part of the information or communications that we send you be in writing. For this reason, you expressly accept the use of email as a valid procedure for sending all communications related to the use of the website, acknowledging for contractual purposes that any communication that La Garrocha® sends you for this purpose, complies with the legal requirements to be in writing. All of the above, without prejudice to the rights that correspond to the user recognized by law.
1. La Garrocha Gift Card is valid exclusively for the purchase of products for sale on the website www.lagarrocha.es
2. The Card is owned by its issuer: Ladelpunto 2018 SL, NIF B56088081, its bearer being a mere depository.
3. The Card will expire 24 months from the date of purchase. It can be used to make multiple purchases, in whole or in part, on its own or in conjunction with other payment methods, as long as the card has credit.
4. The Gift Card cannot be paid for with another gift card or with a credit card. The balance of the Card cannot be refunded or exchanged for money.
5. If applicable, the refund of the amount of the products purchased with the Gift Card that are returned will be made by increasing the available balance on the Gift Card.
The form of reimbursement is an essential condition for which it is considered expressly accepted with the acquisition and/or use of the Card.
6. The Card is a bearer document. The responsibility for its use and custody corresponds exclusively to its holder. It will not be replaced in case of theft, loss or deterioration, although the Issuer reserves the right to replace it in the event of a change in its format.
7. The illegally obtained Card will be null, cannot be used to purchase products and its amount will not be refunded.
8. We will not be responsible for the non-receipt or the delay in the receipt of the Card by its recipient for reasons beyond our control, including, among others, (i) the deficiencies or the collapse of the telecommunications lines or systems, (ii ) the delay in the transmission of information or data or loss of information or data that may occur due to any of the circumstances mentioned in (i), (iii) the inaccuracy of the data of the recipient of the virtual Card provided by the purchaser of said Card, (iv) the impossibility of delivering the Card to the email account provided or (v) the consideration of the email sent as spam or junk mail.
9. The Card may not be used for advertising or promotional purposes unless previously authorized in writing by the Issuer.
10. The acquisition and/or use of the Card implies the full acceptance of these conditions, which have been provided prior to the acquisition of the Card.
